For the third edition of Printing Fashion, my team and I created a dialogue between two women’s magazines: one, an edition of Le Petit Echo de la Mode from the 1940s and the other, Gaze magazine from 2022. Both print articles on women in culture and the embodied experiences of women but with opposing expressions of women’s roles in society.

The photoshoot to represent these oppositional orientations demonstrates these oppositional orientations through the unmissable destruction of a finely set table.
